AVTools provides digital-only, AI-powered online tools for Indian e-commerce sellers. All services are delivered digitally and instantly upon usage. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and expire at the end of the validity period. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for digital services. New accounts receive 10 free credits on signup (no purchase required).
⏱ Cancellation Window: You may request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, provided zero credits have been used. After 1 hour or after any credit is consumed, cancellation is not permitted.

To request cancellation, email avtools.in@gmail.com with subject: "Cancellation Request – [Order ID / Registered Email]". Include the date of purchase and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days.

All outputs generated by AVTools — including AI-generated images, cropped labels, processed files, and downloadable reports — are delivered digitally and instantly upon processing. Delivery is made directly within the user's account dashboard or as an immediate browser download. There is no shipping, no courier, and no physical dispatch involved at any stage.
AI-generated images, cropped labels, analytics, and pricing estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. We do not guarantee correctness, reliability, or commercial suitability of any output.

AVTools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business loss, data loss, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
All website content, branding, design, and code belong to AVTools. Users may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of AVTools after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is always available at avtools.in/terms.
