• Payments made for digital credits are generally non-refundable.
• If a transaction fails but payment is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
• If you were charged but did not receive the service due to a technical issue, you may contact us for review.

4. Duplicate Transactions

In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
